May assist with casino restaurant with food prep, food handling, stocking and cashier duties as needed.Performs opening/closing duties as designated by the manager on duty.Accurately collects money for orders served and follows point-of-sale procedures accurately and gives receipt to patron. Helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant by completing the mandatory side work designated by manager on duty.Has a working knowledge of the menu, promotions, special events and other property information.Takes orders and sends them to kitchen staff through the POS system.Greet guests, maintains proper dining experience, delivers items, fulfills guest’s needs, up sells items, offers drinks and desserts, removes courses, refills drinks and replenishes silverware.
